Guy Crashes His Scooter And Promptly Falls Into A Manhole

First of all, as if driving around on a scooter wasn’t embarrassing enough this guy goes, gets himself in a crash and tumbles down a man hole.  Worst day ever.  And second, am I crazy or did the above ground people not seem too overly concerned that a living human being just got into a car accident and then somersaulted down into a sewer?  Seems pretty serious to me.  Nobody calling 911, nobody sticking their head in the sewer and yelling into the man hole to see if the guy was alright, nothing.  Just one guy smoking a cigarette and acting like what had happened didn’t actually happen.  Almost as if it happens all the time.  Like falling into a sewer drain isn’t a big deal in Taiwan.  Either way, that guy has to be dead, right?  Now I feel bad.
